Business Information

Delivering measurable value from data

Data and information is core to our business. We deliver a valuable combination of data and analytics. The quality of our data is unmatched in depth, breadth and quality. Our unique approach to data and data integrity means we’re unrivalled in the marketplace.

We’re continually delivering value from data. Continually investing in new data sources, enhancing quality of data and providing improved targeting methods, to give you access to the best data and information on which to base your business decisions.

Strength in data variety and depth

Experian’s strength is the variety and depth of data deployed intelligently. This creates new insight and data which can be used across business processes.

Security in our data integrity

Our business information and data is sourced from highly reliable sources: Companies House, Mortgages & Charges, CCJ, and CCL. Other valuable sources of business information include corporate linkages, directors and shareholders, payment performance, directory data, tele-research, CIFAS, previous searches, and Factiva alerts.

Value from new sources

We’re constantly adding new sources of data, such as CAIS, High Court judgments, directors usual residential addresses, proprietary director & shareholder information, capital and rental income property data. We’ll soon be offering additional capability: e-survey and data sharing initiatives, increased trading payment data, and a commercial bank wizard.

Power in our connections

Our data is validated and authenticated by cross-referencing data from CRO, Yell Data, Thomson, CorpData, and E-mail Movers. In addition, pH has a Megafile of data that is multi-sourced, including: Companies House, Prospect Swetenhams, Market Location, Thomson, Royal Mail, Mardev, Media Buzz, Matrix, Conduit, UK Customs and Excise, and Experian. This provides the widest range of sourced data available for detailed business analysis – giving you deeper and more valuable business insights.
